The Bertucci Law Firm is an international law firm, based in Rome and with a network of correspondents able to assist its customers throughout Italy, which was established in the early 80s upon the initiative of its founder, Lawyer Bruno Bertucci.

In particular, the Law Firm boasts a high level of multi-year specialization in the field of air transport law, supporting, and having supported since its inception, the leading airlines in the world (over 40 since the foundation of the Law Firm), providing assistance to its clients in judicial proceedings and any other aspects of air transport, including out-of-court assistance.
The Law Firm constantly liaise with IBAR “The Italian Board Airline Representatives”, an association that represents numerous Italian and foreign air carriers operating in Italy, as well as with FAIRO “Foreign Airlines Industrial Relations Organization”, another category association in favour of which, in 2011, the Law Firm took care of the renewal of the relevant National Collective Labor Contract, as well as with ENAC “The National Agency for Civil Aviation”.
The Firm is also in contact with the main airport handling companies, including Aeroporti di Roma, Società Esercizi Aeroportuali and SAVE s.p.a ..
