In particular, Francesca deals with issues relating to job duties, transfers, secondments, individual dismissals, disciplinary proceedings and company policies. Francesca also assists the firm’s clients in all types of disputes, with particular experience in the air transport sector, including conciliation procedures relating to air transport disruptions.
