She is also an expert in employment law, with extensive experience in dismissals, staff reduction procedures, the use of social safety nets and trade union relations.

Beatrice also handles civil litigation and provides assistance and representation before the Italian Competition and Market Authority in relation to any preliminary investigations concerning unfair commercial practices. Beatrice also deals with immigration law (obtaining entry visas to Italy and subsequent residence permits).
